Technology & Innovation Center
Our Technology & Innovation Center is where all our creativity and ingenuity come to life. Here, we constantly explore new designs, trends, and materials to stay ahead of the game. Our team of experts focus on applying these innovations to our range of products, ensuring that they meet the diverse needs of our expanding customer base.
Wood Processing
We take the quality and reliability of our products very seriously, which is why we carefully examine and filter all raw timber wood and logs before they are processed. The highest quality wood is placed in our seasoning plant, where it is filled with the ideal amount of moisture content and preserved to prevent deformation and infestation. This seasoned wood is then used to create our durable range of home and office furniture, kitchens, doors, wardrobes, and more.
Board Processing
Our board processing section is equipped with a combination of automatic and manual CNC machinery, where the material is cut and altered with precision to become a part of our final products. Our products are fully customizable to our customers’ requirements, and we use a variety of pressing processes, including Formica and veneer making, stitching, pressing, and sanding.
Polishing
Once our wooden goods are crafted and assembled to perfection, they are sent to our polishing section. Here, they go through several polishing processes such as sealer, lacquer, staining and UC coating line. Our UV coating machine preserves the natural look of the wood while enhancing it to prevent sun damage. Our customized lacquer room technology ensures that no spray particles mix with the air, promoting sustainability and reducing water wastage.
Carpentry & Assembly Center
Our upholstery section provides the basic material, fabric, and tacks required for the design. It also provides sitting furniture with springs, padding, and fabric/leather/leatherette covers. Our Carpentry & Assembly Center is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and a team of skilled craftsmen who bring our designs to life.
